Comikaze // Calvin Harris // Cafe Tacuba

Hey there #skeezies! It's Sunday Funday and there's a few events #LAskeeze is ready to tell you about.

Like Comics? Well head over to the LA Convention Center for Stan Lee's Comikaze event. Today is the last day of the event. Kids 12 and under get in for FREE and a single day event ticket is $30. Here's a tip, if you use the promo code "MARVEL" you get 10% off the ticket. There's panels of actors/actresses from your favorite shows, exclusive merchandise, and tons of cosplayers that are ready for a photo opt with you.  Check out a few of #LAskeez's photos from yesterday.

HARD Day of the Dead. Today is the second and last day of the event. Where is it? Pomona Fairplex. Who's going to be there today? Calvin Harris for starters. Zedd, Destructo, and many more. If you still have energy left over from this weekend then this is the event for you.

Sometimes a one show stop is all you need. Tonight at the Fox Theatre, Cafe Tacuba will be performing. Tickets are sold out but you can still find some on the inter-webs for about $62. Well the choice is yours for this Sunday.

Hipster-Meca/ Allah-Las/ Ok-Go / City & Colour / Neon Trees

#Skeezies are you still out there?!
#LAskeez dipped out and over the holiday weekend and took off to the hipster-meca (Portland, Oregon). After meeting a few people the word on Portland is the liquor licenses are dirt cheap BUT you need to serve food as well which is why there's soooo many eateries to choose from. There's a ton of local organic produce that floods the restaurants. Basically, to get a bad meal you really need to go out of your way and search for it. Aside from #LAskeez's stomach expanding, we checked out Multnomah Falls, Cannon Beach, and Powells Book Store (Amoeba of Books). Check out these awesome photos before proceeding to LA stuff.

Now for the LA business!
Head over to the Santa Monica Pier to see the Allah-Las and Ok-Go for FREE!

The evenings are getting slightly cooler which would make heading down to the Greek Theatre a nice evening date to see City and Colour. Unfortunately this isn't a free event and will run you about $40-70 big ones.

A quick drive to Pomona and you can see Phantogram at the Fox Theatre for $30.

Or the Pomona Fairplex to see NeonTrees

So little time so many shows. Pick the one that's right for you and enjoy.
